Pastor Harold Long is the founder and senior pastor of Transformation Church in Eureka, Missouri. A once-wounded soul who surrendered his life to Christ in 1987, Harold now leads with bold faith, deep compassion, and an unwavering commitment to spiritual renewal and community transformation.

Harold holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Eden Theological Seminary, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from Missouri Baptist University—all earned with honors. He has also held seven prestigious professional designations in the field of insurance and financial services. He is in the final stages of completing his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
Before entering full-time ministry, Harold built a successful career as an entrepreneur in the insurance and financial services industry, where he was known for his leadership, integrity, and dedication to helping others thrive.
With nearly four decades of experience in prison and recovery ministry, Harold has devoted his life to serving the wounded, the excluded, and the suffering. He has carried the message of hope, healing, and transformation into prisons, recovery centers, and spiritual, religious, and secular communities and audiences worldwide.
Harold’s ministry is anchored in the radical message of Jesus: that we are all one in Christ, and that the gift of love and equality is the greatest gift we can offer, regardless of who someone is, what they’ve done, or where they are in life. His passion is to build a community where everyone is welcomed, valued, and transformed through the power of a Jesus-centered life.
He is joyfully married to his bride, Suzie. Together, they share a whole life with five children, four grandchildren, and their beloved Black Lab, Koda.
