John is a retired, disabled veteran who gave his life to Christ in 1982. He worked as a Master Certified Auto Mechanic for 35+ years. After retiring, he started his own business, welding and fabricating, specializing in boats and lighting. He served as a mentor and instructor in ministry to ex-offenders, teaching them his welding/fabrication skills. He has participated in multiple mission trips in and out of the country. John has served as a worship team member for over 15 years as the bass player and runs sound. He has served as head of the trustees and currently leads our leadership board. John and Chrissy have been married for 37 years and have four children, six grandchildren, and two golden retrievers- Louie and Levi
