Latest News: The Long-Term Vision of Transformation Church

Transformation Church was born from a simple but bold conviction: Jesus transforms everything—and transformed people transform communities.
What began as a prayerful dream has now become a long-range vision that will unfold over years, even decades, one faithful step at a time.

Below is our 10-phase roadmap—a generational plan for building a Jesus-centered community that serves Eureka, Missouri, the surrounding counties, and people across the country and around the world.

Phase One — Just Get Started

After two years of prayer, discernment, and exploration, God opened the door through the old Denny's building in Eureka, MO. This space will house our launch campus and our organic community coffee shop—Grounds For Hope. It's our first footprint, our new beginning, and the seed from which everything else will grow.

Phase Two — Acquire Land (10–20 Acres)

We plan to purchase approximately 10–20 acres of land in Eureka as our long-term home. This property will become a vibrant ministry campus built to serve future generations.

Phase Three — Build a New Worship Center

A spacious, modern worship facility designed to host our growing Jesus-centered community. This will give room for expanded ministries, outreach, discipleship, and community gatherings.

Phase Four — Community Resource Center

A large-scale Resource Center designed to serve local households, regional needs, and even statewide relief efforts during crises.
This facility will store supplies, equipment, food, and essential materials to support individuals, families, and communities—whether the need is personal or catastrophic.

Phase Five — Student Center (Kids & Teens)

A safe, dynamic space for children and youth of all ages to:
• study and receive tutoring
• learn and create
• enjoy recreation and supervised fun
• build friendships and confidence
• explore faith without pressure
This will bless students, parents, teachers, volunteers, and our entire community.

Phase Six — Retreat Center & Lodging

A full retreat campus—including cafeteria and overnight lodging—for spiritual, recovery, leadership, and community retreats.
A welcoming place for small groups, churches, ministries, secular organizations, nonprofits, and mission teams.

Phase Seven — Indoor Recreation Facility

A community recreation space open to the public:
• court sports
• fitness and wellness
• indoor activities
• events and community programs
A hub for healthy living and a connected community.

Phase Eight — Senior Community Center

A dedicated space for seniors to gather, exercise, learn, and enjoy fellowship.
A warm environment for physical, social, emotional, and spiritual enrichment.

Phase Nine — Transitional Housing

Safe, supportive temporary housing for families or individuals in crisis—single parents, those rebuilding their lives, and people recovering from hardship.
A compassionate bridge from crisis to stability.

Phase Ten — Outdoor Recreation & Community Park

A beautiful multi-use outdoor space with:
• pavilions
• grills
• RV hookups
• camping
• trails and recreation
A peaceful oasis for families, ministries, organizations, and community activities.

A Community Within a Community

Together, these 10 phases form the blueprint for a ministry campus designed to bless people locally, nationally, and abroad.
Every phase will be completed wisely, prayerfully, and paid off as quickly as possible before the next phase begins.
This is a long-term project—built to serve generations to come.
